This policy covers the 20 Props House website (20propshouse.com) and our mobile apps — the 20 Props House Shop app for customers and the 20 Props House Team app used by our staff. It explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.

When you create a customer account or make a booking, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your address, if you provide one
• A profile photo, if you choose to add one
• Order and Studio 20 booking history
• Content you create in Projects — moodboard photos, captions, notes, and to-do items you add while planning a shoot

Browsing the catalog, viewing props, and checking availability does not require an account and collects no personal information beyond standard, anonymized analytics (page views, general usage patterns) used to understand how the catalog is used.

• To process and fulfill rental orders and Studio 20 bookings
• To show you accurate, live prop availability
• To let you save a wishlist and plan projects
• To generate a shareable link when you choose to share a project
• To contact you about an order or booking, if needed

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

If you turn on sharing for a project, anyone with the link can view what you've chosen to share (props, moodboard, or the full project, depending on the scope you select). You can disable a share link or generate a new one at any time from the project's Share settings.

Your data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Photos you upload are stored with our cloud storage provider and served over HTTPS.

• You can edit your name, address, and profile photo at any time from your Account page
• You can delete individual projects, photos, and to-do items you've added
• You can log out of the app at any time

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
